I have a judgment against me for £4800 but the bank has now said it will accept £3000 in full and final etc.

It should be paid within a month of the judgment

Will the court give me a certificate of satisfaction on that basis?

They will need to see evidence that the debt has been paid in full. So get your bank to confirm to the court that you have settled the debt in full and that should do it.
