Item ordered online and not delivered - won't respond to emails or phone calls. What can I do?

So I ordered a clic clac tray for our high chair from baby2childhood.co.uk over two weeks ago. They charged me straight away (50 pounds so not cheap) and sent an email confirming my order. But no sign of the tray yet. They aren't responding to emails and the phone number on the email has been changed. When I ring the new one, it just rings out. I didn't pay on a credit card. Anything I can do? And has anyone else had an experience with this company?

I have bought the clic clac tray from baby2childhood and didn't have a problem.

I can't remember how long it took to arrive though.

Two weeks isn't that long, I would leave it for a bit longer.

They have an ebay shop as well, and think they are a really small business,so perhaps just away on holiday?

Thanks for the reply. I did a bit of research before ordering and they seemed to have a good reputation so I'm really surprised at this. I agree that two weeks isn't that long. But two weeks with no replies to emails and a funny disconnected sort of answer to the phone (no answer machine or anything) is making me worried. All the feedback seems to suggest that delivery is normally really prompt...

It is a bit odd, but I'm sure there will be an explanation and it'll be fine.
