I had an accident in my car last September, i admitted full responsibility and handed it over to my insurence who said they would deal with it, i have heard nothing untill today when i have just had what i think is a court summons thingy in the post.
It says from the County court and has a case agaisnt me outlined and several bills for charges, solicitors fees, and the cost of fixing the other persons car. I have also been sent a response pack saying i can dispute or counter claim? Its all gobledigook to me.
I'm assuming the insurence hasn't paid?! DP is phoning them when he is home from work as its under his name.
Im crapping myself, i can't even begin to afford over a thousand pounds for all thses fees.
Im really worried, this is so not what i need right now.
