I was awarded 3 mths compensation by the courts but the company haven't paid. The company is based in Italy and I am the one of 3 people working from a home office. We have all been unfairly dismissed - 1 has been paid, 2 not. What chances do we have of getting our money?

Have you contacted the citizens' advice bureau? They'll be able to tell you.

Have you seen the employment tribunal website? FAQ here on what to do if you don't get your award - seems the county court is the next step.

Thank you for your replies. I contacted the CAB and they said it was a complicated process. All the enforcement orders seem to say that you need to provide an adress in either england or Wales which makes me think that getting the money is near impossible. The company is saying that I need to file my case in Italy but I don't have the energy for that. PLus I have done my research and from the Senco case it looks like I did have right to file in UK. I had a rubbish lawyer and am now exhausted by the whole this and wondering if I should just draw the line under the whole thing!
