My crap ExH pays half towards the mortgage of the house we own jointly and I live in with Ds because he refuses to sell it. (He still thinks he's coming home!)
Just wondered if this counts as maintenance? I would be happy to sell up because I would be significantly better off financially but obviously not something I can do without his joint agreement.
