Can anyone with a Cahoot current account help me re: statement?

I'm never able to see a recent statement online. For example, today I'm only able to view up to 13th Jan. However, I can see credits and debits up to today just not the balance. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is this how it works?

Are you looking at the page entitled Recent transactions?
Cos you can choose to go into 'Statements' from the options at the top of the page. Then you can choose which month you want to look at from the drop down box. The balance will then be the last entry shown on it.
