Ive contacted vi rgin and they have blacklisted it. Im really worried because its got my calendar on it and the person who stole it now knows every day that i wont be home because i`m at work.
he will know that i have 2 teenage girls at home because of the 500 texts left on there and the pictures of them .
He knows where i live and where i work because it was stolen at work and it would be easy to find out where i lived.
Is there any point in reporting it to the police ?
I cant prove it was him but may be video survellance at work outside the room it was taken from ?
x

sorry to hear that santababi. are you saying you know the person who stole it, or just that you remember seeing someone acting suspiciously and assumed it was them?
if you don't know them, then i wouldn't worry too much about them looking at text/calendars etc, they will only have stolen it to then flog it on ebay or something
You'll need to report it to the police to get a crime reference number if you want to claim it back on insurance

Also if you report it to the police and it is used they can sometimes trace it. Have you reported it to your network? They can H bar the phone (if you have the IMEI number) and this will stop it being used. Try not to worry xx x x
