Oh dear - have I been swindled, what can I do ?

I bought 2 tickets for a rugby game on 14th feb for my DH and his brother.They were from a web site that I got from a search engine (world rugby online)They were not cheap (about £350) - I have had no contact since purchase. I have emailed the link x3 times and written to them (it's an address in the US) but no response.
I know that sometimes the tickets come shortly before the game, but the fact they haven't responded to any of my mails is worrying. Anyone had any dealings with them or any ideas how I would go about reporting them if in fact they have taken my cash & run ?

did you pay by credit card? I believe there would be some comeback if you have - via the cc company.

well hopefully you can claim your money back. Check if there is a time limit on that.

Thanks for the bump - it's not a debit card so I assumed it was a cc - but then again it's from a current account so probably not.

Never used them before but did buy concert tickets once (months before concert) and remember I heard nothing until the tickets turned up about a week before so hopefully you'll be ok

Hope so.DH will be gutted if the tickets don't arrive - as will his brother.
