do lloyds bank charge for monthly paper statements?

They charge a monthly fee for most accounts anyway, IME. I am not aware that this is any less if you don't receive a paper statement, so I think the answer is no. HTH.

thanks DH pays for his account anyway but I realised I hadn't seen a statement for months and asked him about it and he said they started charging so he stopped them

i just looked on Lloyds site and it says this

Reduce your paperwork by opting to stop postal statements ? free copies can be ordered at any time and if you miss the old paper statements you can always choose to receive them again (Personal customers only).

no i work for them and lloyds don't charge for statements they can be stopped if you don't require paper statements (really a cost cutting excercise but jumping on the environmental bandwagon) even on added value accounts...the ones you pay for there is no charge for statements. Only time you will be charged will be if you want copies of statements you have already received.... hope this helps...

I have a "Basic" account from LTSB (THEY KEEP TRYING TO FLOG ME TH ONES YOU GET CHARGED FOR.)i GET A PAPER STATEMENT 3 MONTHLY WHICH THEY HAVEN'T CHARGED FOR AFAIK.
