Salary rates in UK

Last time I checked the salary rates in the UK was years ago and I can't seem to find any good (free) website now.

I would like to see something where you select location (London), job title, years of experience and it returns a salary rates.

Something like www.payscale.com, but for UK.

I'm not aware of anything like that. Best bet I would have thought would be to check job websites, look at actual jobs that are similar to what you are doing or want to do.

You can't give any kind of accurate estimate of salary based on the things you mention anyway, it vastly depends on what you are doing and who you are doing it for.

Have a look at some big job websites or specialised ones for what you do.

www.payscale.co.uk seems to go to the uk equivalent.

Have also seen www.benchmarkmypay.co.uk/ I tried filling it in to see how good it was but it emails you the result, and my emails currently crashed!

I found a sector specific report by googling last year when I was asked to name (and justify) my salary for a new job.

Depends on what industry/sector you are in, but I would tend to look at recruitment agnecy sites who tend to have some sort of salary report/review on there.
