Accepting the first offer for a written-off car

I know they say you should never accept the first offer but the one they gave me was very reasonable indeed and was definitely more than I was expecting. So should I accept or push for a bit more anyway?

How much was it? I took £100 cash for my car when it failed its MOT, was quite happy with that as it would have cost £1k to fix.

When our car was stolen, we were offered more than it was worth and ripped their hands off just in case they found the car!

£2k. That's exactly what our car is going for locally so very fair, I think.
