Has anyone had any problems with music magpie?

I spent ages putting in barcodes etc and I have never received my pouch to send my cds to them - so waste of time! Has anyone else had the same experience or other problems? Or indeed, has it worked for any mners, maybe I just got unlucky?

I have used musicmagpie three times now and I have to say I have encountered no problems. In the emails they sent me they do say you can have packaging but you have to request it. I used an old shoe box as I was sending DVDs and cds together...very easy. I have made just under £100 so far AND have de cluttered my living room...win win
