Cost of fuel bills

For the 1st time in several years we are in credit to the power company. A good opportunity to shift suppliers if we can get a cheaper rate

We live in a mid terrace Victorian house. 3 beds on 3 floors. No GCH. We are double glazed and have instant water heating

We pay £136 per month direct debit for dual fuel to the power company. Is this a resonable ammount? What are your fuel payments like for a simillar property?

we pay £240 for a 4 bed detached house.

Bloody hate the energy companies.

For gas and elec btw.

I pay £180. Also mid terrace, 4 bed, 3 floors, double glazing, instant water heating. GCH.

recently got my gas and electric bills for the last quarter (sept-dec) - was £272 for the gas (but I had it on a LOT - and forgot to switch it off again - to get clothes dried. Electric wsa £140 (and I'm terrible at remembering to switch lights off too).

So that works out at about £137 a month for both. Largish 3 bedrooom end of terrace Victorian, with lots of drafts.

I pay £120 a month for both, heating on for 3 hours in morning and 3 hourzs in evening and occasionally sometime in afternoon, electric normally in credit by £10-£50 a quarter (more so in summer as we'r eoutside so no tv/radio on and no tumble dryer on)

3 bed semi, double glazed and cavity insulated but do have a huge radiator in conservatory or it becomes unusable in winter
