I NEED HELP!!!

I have a court datein January for my flat have a 'charge' put on it. I am so frightened. Has anyone been in this situation?

Ive been on jobseekers for 4 months. Ive had the loans for about 3 years and was paying them until March when i went on a debt management plan.

They have refused all offers of payment since ive been on the plan

I have just received a letter this morning saying a judgement has been made without a hearing and that the reposession order being put on 19th Jan

It seems SO unfair that i cant even go to court to fight my corner

What the hell do i do now? I have nowhere to go

even if they went for repossession and not just a charge on the house it won't happen for a year or more, you have plenty of time to appeal. Make sure you keep up-to-date with your dmp payments. good luck.
