hi, any advice would be welcome!
our fixed rate ends in 2 months time, has anyone got any advice about what we could do?
should we fix again at present rates or wait till the interest rates go down and get a cheaper rate?

any advice/suggestions welcome

What rates are your bank offering you? Have you got a decent LTV ratio?

my tracker ends in May and I think I will either go on the SVR for a while or fix for 10 years. If I can get a 10 year fix for around the 5% mark in May, that will do me.. I really think interest rates are going to shoot up in 2010/2011.

is it the SVR thats coming down?

my bank is being very elusive, they don't want to commit to a rate until my deal is up
