Oh no, my dishwasher is working and the man is coming out tomorrow!

Rang a dishwasher repair place today and they said they would come out tomorrow morning. Now my dishwasher is working fine-am I able to cancel? It's a £60 call-out charge and I was going to be really stretched to find it, so am really that I have thrown £60 away (ow ow ow ow ow!)

You should be able to cancel if you phone them first thing in the morning.

See how it goes. They don't like losing money, ideally you should have given them 24 hours notice but if they didn't tell you this or write to you about this then you didn't know.

But even if I had cancelled then and there I couldn't have given them 24 hours notice, boo! If I can't cancel I'll get him to plumb it in so that it doesn't leak

I'd get him to check it over aswell.

You should be able to cancel though.

Aw, just checked and it is properly working beautifully-damn you dishwasher-two weeks of washing up, I finally ring to get it fixed and this happens-humph!
