Following on from the child tax credit refunds thread can anyone please help before I scream!

I downloaded the form 11CTC and filled it in. However the form says to send to the address at the top of the form. Well there is no address.The helpline numger doesn't exist anymore so in desperation I called the helpline number for welsh speakers which took me through to National Insurance contributions. They were dowmright rude and told me to call tax credits but no-one there knew anything about it.

Please please please does anyone have the address to send the form off to?

Bumping unanswered threads

Is this about what was Working Families Tax Credit circa 2001-2002? If so, I have heard that the forms are out of date.

Call your local tax office, the one in your or the nearest town, not the Tax Credits Helpline and they should be able to look it up and see if you're entitled just by looking at your records (N.I number / Tax Codes etc...)

Thanks Ninkynork and anyfucker. That makes more sense than anything else I have been told today. The tax year would be 2002-2003. It is too late for 2001 now (IR kept that one very quiet ). I can't seem to find any details regarding local tax office though. I don't suppose any of you know where the local tax office in Rotherham is?
