Idiots Prudentail ahve told me that they can make an electronic transfer of our much waited for Endowment money straight to
idiots TSB. But how long will it tka eof rhtm(TSB to pay the money into our account? They need to clear some arears on the mortgage, then the remainder is going straight into our account. Is this likely to take longer than 5 working days?

Prudential to TSB will either be same day (CHAPS payment) or 3 working days (BACS payment).

TSB to your account will be same day if you have an account at TSB or 3 working days if they CHAPS it to an account with another bank.

That is what it should be but LTSB should be able to confirm.

inscotland - the woman from Prudential complaints told me she could get the money to TSB same day. However, TSB initially said it could take up to 5-7working days to put the money in our account (TSB) electronically. I find this odd, as even if they have to take some arrears out it surely shouldn't take that long.
I just want this whole thing over and want my money NOW

The Pru are doing their transfer today and have told me that Lloyds should get the money tomorrow. The woman at LLoyds said we should get it after 3 working days, as its going from the TSB to our TSB account.
