autobank not working. money has left my account but never came out the slot!!!

went to take £150 out but it said "no reply from bank"

went to another autobank to try and it said insufficent funds were in my account

checked on-line and the bloody money left the first time and i never got it.

i really really need this money now, bank said it would be back in my account at the close of business at 4-00pm surprise surprise i have just checked and its not there.

it is going to cause so much shit for me if i dont have this money tomorrow morning.

how the hell will i get it back, has this ever happened to anyone else?

turns out now that they dont just put the money back in my account.

i need to try and get into a branch to fill out a form and they dont know how long it will take to get me my money back.

i have just been crying on the phone to the person at telephone banking like a complete idiot.

i am totally screwed without that money.

i wont get it back for a week (if it goes through ok)

needed it for food, petrol, elecric (gas wont run if elec not on so no hot water)

managed to borrow enough to last so ok for now.
