Why don't you just phone them and ask?! Most mortgage providers don't pass the cuts on until the following month. I know our provider (Woolwich) has cut their rate but it won't come into affect until next month and we haven't had a letter yet.

We are with A&L and received our rate cut letter in the post this morning. And yes, most cuts come into effect the following month so it probably won't affect you this month if your mortgage is paid right at the beginning of the month.

Abbey are usually slow on this as IME they collect their mortgage payments in arrears.

they will have had to have passed on the cut so dont worry about it! your letter will arrive. ours for nationwide has already arrived and we found abbey slow when we were with them too. but it will happen
