If you buy something and it is returned to the shop you bought it from can you get your money back?

I bought some things on line and they delivered when we weren't in. We moved house, it got pushed to the back of my mind for a week, looked on line and they have returned it to the store. I want the stuff, is there anything I can do to get it back? Or am I £200 down?

ring the people you bought it from. if it has been returned to the store then you should have been refunded your money.

only way to find out is to ring and ask
