I know it is obvious - but my elec bill has gone up by 24% - I think that is terrible

That is since July & they will let me fix it until 2012 for just 30% more than my last bill

katy, bills are crippling many people at the moment

is it any wonder I was totally pissed off with my pay "rise" award of 2% this year ??

I didn't even get one actually I got a drop in pay

But 30% in less than 3 months

but what the feck can we do

Actually DH was suggesting lighting candles while watching TV however we do have lots of crappy lovely candle which have been given to us

Are the prices due to come down?

I know KM it's so annoying, my elec bill is £90 a month and that's not covering what we use let alone the debt we ran up from last year because they didn't set up the DD like we asked!

We pay £150 - I'm not sure it's enough
