I bought a phil and teds sport in may, so far a zip has brokenf the seat, i phones out and about the distributor and the said i would need a new seat frame and if i went back to where i boughht it (mothercare) i could order a new seat fabric. Temporarily the sent me ribbon tie things to work zipper, made by p and t as zips commonly break?

I was also sent the safety thing to stop injury if it isnt shut properly (as it practically impossible to fasten shut

and a small black bit that i dont think serves a purpose has fallen off the front

i am a b it miffed as it was so expensive, what are my rights can i get it replace/refunded or am i stuck and should just get new seat frame

I would phone Mothercare and tell them about the Sale of Goods Act link here

This buggy isn't fit for purpose and could be dangerous - tell them that too.

Good luck and I would dig my heels in for a replacement or refund if I were you.
