What is going on lately about claiming back bank charges?

Anyone know what is happening regarding this now? i know there was some big court case, but what is happening?

Can people still claim? and are people being paid out still?

I'm cuirous too pucca. Have made the claim and am due £2,000 back.

Everythings on hold until the big court case at the High court, which I think happens in November.

Good luck with getting your charges back.
