.....to help with a parking dispute?

A work colleague has been hit with a humungous fine for parking in a private bay and has been advised to go through a no win no fee solicitor to claim back the unfair part of the fine (he was fined £370 for being there about 15 mins!).

All the no win no fee places online are for injury compensation and I can't find anything for parking dispites.

Any ideas?

I shouldn't imagine any solicitor will take this on as there won't be any damages from which to collect their fee, iyswim?

Unbelievable fine though, jeez.

sorry but solicitors only do no win no fee in personal injury cases.

yes it sint no win no fee per se...

what it is is that they agree to take on a case they know they will win (and if they dont win they dont get paid, hence they are VERY careful to only take on cases they are sure to win)

when you win they add their costs to the bill too, so that you get paid they amount o compensation you are owed + all solicitors fees, and its up to you to pay the solicitor

(recently signed and read my no win no fee form & Ts&Cs with my solicitor after a car accident where i was a passenger hence no chance at all of it being my fault!)

Check car insurance or home insurance as some policies include legal cover.
