tax credits and nursery grants

I'm now receiving the grant for dd as she's 3 and I also receive the childcare tax credit. I haven't told the tax credit office yet.

Do I tell them the whole amount of the reduction or leave off the £10 that they say they don't need to know about? What's everyone done please?

I assumed it would be the whole amount but someone else has said it's minus the £10

Its the whole amount, there is no £10 disregard. You need to tell them what you actually have to pay after the grant has been deducted.
