does CTC/WTC affect amount of HB/CTB paid?

i was looking at the housing benefit form online and was wondering if the amount of child tax credit and working tax credit paid affect the amount of HB/LHA paid to you, also if it affects council tax benefit?

yes it does.

www.entitledto.co.uk will tell you what TC you will get and some councils have a HB calculator.
