Hello, I have heard from somebody that you get unemployment benefits when you are not returning to work after your maternity leave and I just wondered if that's true. Also, do you receive any other benefits (I don't think anything like housing benefits etc would apply to us) such as special tax credits etc? Where would I find more information about this? Have lived here for more than 8 years but don't know much about these things as it is my first child, just know how it works in my home country....Thanks for your advice
