Two years this has been going on. They are so crap. They keep promising my case will get looked 'this week' but nothing ever happens. They also keep promising someone will call me back and no one ever does. I am thinking of putting in a complaint, but would be surprised if anyone actually gets back to me. Anyone have any advice
