Please can somebody help me to understand the new 10 % tax rate

I am a SAHM and Dh is the sole earner - I am a bit confused about the new rate changes thst I read on one thread was due to change in Sept - will we be better off?

yes - as better off as you were last year, but only until April when you will be worse off again
