Clydesdale bank charges ....

Is it correct that the Clydesdale Bank charge £5 for EACH past bank statements ?
I was led to believe you could request past statements for a flat rate of £10 for a few years back.
It does not seem right to charge so much.

Oh, I know it is dull but has anyone else had to pay this much?
We have lost all 2005-07 so it would cost hundreds to replace them.
