Bank charges, has anything changed? Are they still allowed to charge £100 for going overdrawn??

Direct debits came out with no money in bank

Yes they can still charge - but phone them up and see if they can reduce the chrages. DH got £130 of chgarges removed after one phone call!

My dh keeps getting charged as we go over, not coping well at the mo. However, the charges aren't helping each month.
