something up with Clydesdale bank site?

Trying to get access to my on line banking - anyone know if there are probs with clydesdale bank site - or is it just me? Need to find out how to start an ATM dispute - had card stolen on hols and c£350 withdrawn before I managed to get card stopped. www.cbonline.co.uk I think?
