It wasn't me, but just had a letter through detailing a speeding fine in Spain in March on the hire vehicle we had. DP not sure what to do. We gather he has to pay due to new-ish ruling but apparently one doesn't have to pay if not notified within 60 days of the offence. We've only just received the letter so not sure where DP stands. Anyone know?
Also,how do you go about paying as cheque is obviously not an option?
