I'm currently changing banks as I got crap service and chite advice from first bank, just been to see second bank, more crap advice, left without being given correct forms, when I asked a question I got a nippy reply "well most people do it this way but if you want to do it that way you can"
WTF, I was asking how something is done, not saying I want to do it in a certain way
why don't people just do their jobs instead of doing half of it and leaving you to sort out the crap by having to call their call centre on 0870 number and being out thru to a 100 different depts before getting someone else who gives you crap advice
