Another victim here, they’ve been taking money out of my account since January 2020 totally £1278
I’ve been emailing the back and forth since Tuesday requesting a FULL refund. I learnt all about this on Martin Lewis’ website Money saving expert.
The most they’ve offered me is the last 3 months membership ie 3 x £18 but I sticking to my guns.
The last communication I gave the was threatening legal action so I am send a letter before action thanks to AI
Fingers crossed 🤞

What?

They’ve been taking money out your account for 6 years and you haven’t noticed?

How are they to blame for that?

How did they manage to take it unauthorised? You must have signed up.

They used site like Ticketmaster with pop ups for discounts on your purchase and take the information from that site, you unknowingly sign up with them.

But surely you check your bank statements and question anything untoward with the bank. How have you not noticed? And why did you not stop it earlier?

Oh I see, you edited the ‘who’ into the top of your post after I’d read and commented.

Yes I feel stupid not going through my bank statement with a fine tooth comb, but when it’s small amounts drip feeding sometimes it can be missed.
It’s happened to a lot of people so I’m sort of acting ass warning and wanting to hear other similar stories. A lot of people have got their money back due to ASA ruling
No need to remind me how stupid I was

I have not said or suggested you were stupid. I had no idea what you were on about in your first post because you initially forgot to put it in. But I’ve heard of this issue before, hopefully you manage to get some money back
