Just need to find out more info about a certain law (well, it's an Act (??)) but unsure where you find them. Thanks

OPSI is a good starting place. A lot of legislation is available online, though some will still need to be ordered in printed form.

ACTS are listed by date, but the search facility can work quite well. Also using Google to search for a specific Act can work well, using the limiter - sitepsi.gov.uk

Eg Google search for Childcare Act 2006

opps that didn't work correctly, got a instead of an ':' followed by an 'o'
Just click the Google Search link, to see how to compose a Google Search limiting it to a specific site, opsi.gov.uk in this case.

Thanks alot, I saw the opsi link on google but presumed Opsi was the name of a town council so ignored it Found what I needed via www.statutelaw.gov.uk/Home.aspx in the end. Thankyou!
