Would combining scattered Premium Bonds affect winnings or is it pointless

I have the full holding of Premium Bonds but they are scattered about. I am thinking of taking them all out and re-opening the bonds so they are all together. Has anyone done this and found their winnings are better? I know statistically the chances are the same. I am just wondering if it is worth doing. Thanks.

You know the numbers are drawn randomly?

How would having sequential numbers improve your chances of winning?

Also I don't think you are in the draw in the first month, are you, so you'd be losing a chance that month.

You’d be losing a month and I tested this theory under a different name on the PB thread. Made no difference.

How did you test a random number generator?
That can't be a valid test

Obviously not a peer reviewed statistical test fgs, I said on a previous thread.

You've answered your own question.

Statistically every bond, whether its on its own or in a block of £50k has the same chance of winning.

Only if you do this, you're taking your bonds out of the draw for a month, so you're actually reducing your chance of winning to zero for that month.

As you say, statistically the same chance. Therefore not worth doing.
