Has anyone switched to Fuse for energy?

They are coming up as a cheaper provider for me but I’ve not heard of them. Had anyone made the switch, would you recommend them?

Yes. Switched about 6 months ago. Easy to switch and not had any issues, but then haven’t needed to contact them. It’s easy to submit readings if you don’t have smart meters and they bill based on actual usage each month. Referal code if you want it EMMA17330

I switched very recently from Octopus as Fuse’s fix rates were far cheaper than Octopus. Was bit concerned they are app based but have got on fine with it. I’ve messaged twice and got instant very clear replies. Happy so far.

I switched to them nearly a year ago, have had no problems, just pay for what I use each month. The one time I needed to contact customer service they were great.
