Just been on phone again to csa as ex still not paying maintance and they they reviewed the info have on him. Apparently when they contacted him a few months ago he said he was unemployed, but he actually owns his own company to which I informed them. After finishing talking to women, a supervisor rang me back within a couple of minutes wanting all the details I had. I cant believe he lied to them

Allegedly it is a big deal, howevey mt ex has lied to the CSA from day one and despite being given proof nothing was ever done.

DirtySexyMummy · 23/06/2008 21:54

Can I just ask - you say he owns his own company - does he pay himself a salary or live from profits?

My Exh is sooooo clever, make sure everything is in partners name and get off scott free

I dont know dirty. I really thought he had changed this time feel dissappointed (not about the money)I just want him to be a normal father, this has just reminded me of how much of a liar and twisted character he is. He is never going to be there 100% for the kids.
Yeh I persume twin he will probably get away with it too, I am not sure if thats good or bad I dont want to be the one sending him to prison or something

Twinklemegan · 23/06/2008 23:57

IME the CSA is too busy extorting money out of honest people to worry about liars.

My Ds's father lied(apparently)with his daughter's mother's claim. He got his(now) exg to doctor their rent agreement so that it looked like he was the only one on it. He ended up only paying them £100pcm including arrears. They've not caught up with him yet(Lousy tosser!)for Ds...so never had a penny. Ds is nearly 10.
