DLA renewal extension and confusion over next payment date

Does anyone know when my next payment will be or will it change? I get Mrc lrm for my son, last payment was 7th of April, it was due for renewal on 8th of April but I missed the deadline so they gave me an extension and said as long as I get it back by the 20th of April it will continue, I did manage to and they renewed it all fine same rates, however im now confused when next payment will be as I got £100 on 14th of April from dla and chat GPT said next payment date will change and it will now be 12th of may when it was originally due on the 5th of may so does anyone know which one is correct? Thanks just trying to plan ahead, I did try to ask on dla groups but didn’t get any responses

Is there no option to phone the dla and ask? I know with PIP you can.

Is Yours not a renewal then? It’s when my claim ran out and I had to reapply

I would think as you got the £100 after your renewal and after your last proper payment, they have changed your payment cycle by a week. Best to check on Tuesday though.

DLA phone number should be on their letters.

Yeah would be too late by Tuesday as I will know it’s not gone in so won’t need to call so was wondering if anyone knew but thanks anyway
