Have a regular amount to save , which account is best ?

Hi I have (roughly ) £1000 to save each month, I’m taking extra shifts at work & really working my socks off to get some money saved.
I don’t need to pay off mortgages or other debts so this is all going towards a big pot for something in a year or so time. I shouldn’t need to get to the money between now & say 12 months.
has any one spotted any good regular savings accounts which allow for £1000 money deposits ? The accounts recommended on MSE are all capped at smaller monthly amounts.

thanks

There aren't any, max is 400 with club lloyds. Go on money-saving expert for best rates then have multiple

There’s no reason you can’t have a few smaller pots to save £1000 month to get the best interest rates. I set up my savings accounts in July when I get my bonus and set up one account for £400 a month at 6.5% and another two accounts with similar rates at £200 each, so I don’t know what the best rates are now but makes sense to the best rates for small regular savings if it means you’ll get more than saving £1000 a month in one place.

Put it in a cash ISA

Not a fan of this kind of financial product. Too many restrictions and the headline grabbing interest rate is a bit misleading:

Some months I have more than £1K to save, sometimes a little less. An easy access cash ISA works for me, it’s only paying 4% but I can access the money quickly with no penalties. Penalties for withdrawals is also something to watch out for. Any savings account with a high interest rate always has at least one catch.
