My 18yo DD is away at Uni, yesterday a letter arrived for her which I opened (after checking with her) and it was from JD Williams saying they’d cancelled her order on account after doing some checks.
She didn’t order anything and now I’m worried someone has her details and is trying to obtain credit in her name. Any advice on what to do next? Can I contact Experian on her behalf ?
