Hi i had a call about this company reclaiming my charges for me.
Do you think they are a real company?? Was kinda stupid really they called me up on friday (last week ) and i paid over the phone but have not received my pack. Just found the speck of paper i had written his name, order #, c/s line etc. So worried about being scammed - i was talking to the guy for about 40mins about it all. Starting to get a bad feeling now
Any advise..........is/has anyone dealing/delt with them ??

Oh dear. there are companies that do this for you (though they are all con artists to an extent as it is not at all difficult to do yourself, so why pay someone to do it?)
But I don't like the sound of you having paid in advance. there is no absolute guarantee that the bank will refund the charges.
Did you pay by credit card? Maybe you can get a refund or cancel the transaction or something.

I paid with my visa debt card. He said that if i did not win then i will get a full refund but that was very unlikly as the banks lost the test case. Also if i was to only receive i think he said something like 60 or 70 pound then i would get my money refunded.......
Last year i paid £10 to get my back statements sent to me but i get so confused i did nothing about it. So when they called me i thought 'great someone to do it for me'

Sorry Brainache, I suspect you have been scammed. Have a read through this forum. I'll keep looking but think you might need to get in touch with citizens advice or somewhere. At least try to cancel the payment if you can..
