Universal credit and carer question

Does anyone know what the earning threshold is for a person in a couple while the other is a full time carer of their disabled child?

I think i read somewhere that the other person would need to earn single aet which is about 892 instead of the couple aet which is about 1450. Is that right?

Also for couples that dont have caring responsibilities, if one person earns more than 1450, does this mean the other person in the couple is not required to work?

I think the AET would be that for a single claimant as being a Carer for 35 hours or more for somebody receiving PIP/DLA/AA switches off the requirement to seek work.

As regards the couple rate it's joint earnings.
