Requested my MAC code 25 March. Was told I would be billed for 1 month following activation. Fair enough.

But I have paid on 30 April nd 30 May. Not only that for 12m I have been paying £9.99, and those 2 payments have gone up to £17.99.

They are refusing to refund. They say that as well as requesting our MAC code we should have contacted them to tell them that they had turned us off. They didn't tell uis to do that or we would have done it.

They say it is £17.99 instead of £9.99 because they say we were still tied into a 18m contract for the £9.99. I am 90% sure it was a 12m contract and when DD goes to sleep I will find evidence to support (or not) this.

How do I persue this to get my money back? Is it Ofcom I need to threaten them with.
