I'm wiht the B o Scotland - they used to send a printed bank statement with the annual interest on accounts. It's now online but I can't see it, only monthly statements I did phone them and they said they'd send one but never did. So I've been trying to do it online using a search on 'interest' or gross interest but doesn't seem to work. won't accept the dates. Any suggestions on what I should be doing.
