Hi, I’m currently trying to move and remortgage; at the moment I’m with Santander, as I receive my late husband’s pension from abroad and lenders are reluctant to accept this income.
does anyone else have experience with this, or know other mortgage providers?l who have accepted different income streams?
the brokers haven’t called back so I’m guessing they had no luck.
I do also work full time myself but have two teens and the pension makes quite a difference to affordability payments.
