For those of us doing online surveys

I thought I’d make a page for those of us that are doing online surveys ie:
qmee
branded surveys
curious cat
prime opinion etc

Just so we can compare notes really on which sites we are doing well on and which ones we’re avoiding at the moment.

Ive come to the conclusion that I need to spread my usage over several platforms, rather than just sticking with one or two. purely because I seem to get a lot of declines on ones I use a lot.

Qmee has been dire for me for a few weeks now. Huge amount of declines.

Branded Surveys is my go to until the last two weeks and now getting declined a lot

prime opinion is fairing well but of course you have to hit their targets to be able to withdraw.

Eureka Surveys were very good. £4 cashout but these have slowed too.

Obviously it’s the time of year too but would be interesting to read others point of view

I do lifepoints and iPsos and I’m on the waiting list for prolific

@twiddlingthumbs69 vypr is a bit of a slow build but they are quick to do so i usually just check a few times a day. Sometimes you will get a few for 40-50 which help build up quicker.

I make about £20 a week on prolific without doing much. So a good week is double that.

Im interested to know how these work. Is the money classed as earnings? Im trying hard to sort my finances out and a bit extra would really help!

Well, it's income isn't it and if you're not dodging taxes then you will pay tax! 🙂

Love OnePulse! Surveys are so quick, usually only a couple questions, and fun topics too! Here's my referral code: TSAGAB to sign up 😊

Prolific and Prime opinion i find are the best. I have a referral code if you want to sign up to Prime opinion for 10% bonus in first 24 hours: UP6ZNI

you are allowed to earn £1000 a year gross before declaring as self employed income. it is gross not after expenses its roughly £20 a week so would cover the surveys babysitting dog walking grass cutting
but the minute it is £1001 in a financial year you have to report all of it you still don't pa tax on the frst £1000 but yuo need to report it
yougov always pays out but you need (5000 points) £50 to payout if you also upload your netflix amazon prime etc and/ or connect banking you can earn £200-250 a year but its generally only one or two surveys a week
I have tried other surveys but so often you complete half survey and suddenly you are not the right fit so no money

I like Ipsos Isay that’s quite a quick easy one. Respondent pays well but I find you need to apply for loads to be selected, I just did a shampoo trial on there & was paid £129 🎉

CoolStrawbs · 22/07/2026 15:48

Has anyone done this to help pay off debt?

PuzzlingRecluse · 24/07/2026 02:38

Yes I am
