Has anyone ever experienced the help to buy valuation being higher than the sale price?

Can someone talk me through their recent experience with settling HTB at point of sale of the property.

Wish we never used it now & worried they will value higher!

Are you selling at market value? Shouldn't be a problem, honestly.

Well we've not made up the price if you see what I mean, we've reduced twice and now finally getting offers albeit it under the price we are up for. Agents saying its realistic now but I can't fathom how considering the starting price if you know what I mean! Thats my worry we accept one of these offers but we are being led by the buyers/agent

That will be fine, honestly, try not to worry. I know its easy for me to say, and I know its all really stressful. Lean on your mortgage broker a bit too, we are used to this!
